  1. As you think about the life of Samson, what one lesson or thought has stood out to you more than any other?
  2. Read Judges 16:22.  Why do you think the author of Judges included this verse in the text?
    • Knowing all that Samson did to arrive at this place, how does this verse give you hope?
    • Do you recall others in the Bible that made comebacks after a fall?
  3. Have you ever felt like God would never use you again? Do you feel that way now?
  4. Troy said that people usually deal with mistakes and failures in 1 of 3 ways. Discuss remorse, rebellion, and repentance.
    • Which one is your default reaction to failure?
  5. How do you reconcile the fact that God “blessed” Samson’s last deed of valor even though that deed involved suicide?
