By attending or participating in Generations Church services, ministry activities, classes, programs, events, or other activities on church property, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, video recording, and other forms of media may take place. These recordings may include your image, likeness, voice, or statements, as well as those of minors under your care.
By participating in these activities, you consent to Generations Church and its authorized agents photographing, recording, reproducing, editing, distributing, streaming, displaying, and otherwise using such media, without compensation, credit, or further permission, for church-related, promotional, publicity, marketing, educational, or other lawful purposes. This may include use in print materials, presentations, church-member communications, the Generations Church website, social media, online or livestreamed content, paid or unpaid advertising, and other media or communications now known or later developed, throughout the world and in perpetuity.
Generations Church reserves the right to use media captured at church services, on church property, or at church-sponsored events without obtaining additional written permission from individuals appearing in the media, except where prohibited by law. Generations Church may also provide or permit such media to be used by news media or other third parties for news coverage or similar lawful purposes.
To respect individual and child privacy, Generations Church will not intentionally identify individuals or minors in media using their full names or other personal identifying information without written approval from the individual or, in the case of a minor, the parent or legal guardian.
By participating, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or its use and release, hold harmless, and indemnify Generations Church, its leadership, staff, agents, and authorized representatives from claims or liabilities arising from the lawful use of such media, including claims related to the use or distribution of the media by third parties.
