Unplug From A Busy Mind 16 Dec 18

(Message 3) I’m too busy! While this is true of many of us during the Christmas season, most of us would say the same thing at any time of year. Much of our busyness is due to being too connected. We’re always on our phones or watching TV or active with everything but what truly matters. Let’s unplug from a busy mind and create space for life. #christmasunplugged
